Your 4-digit PIN provides quick, secure access to the parent app. Here's how to manage it.

What's a PIN?

Your PIN is a 4-digit code that lets you log into the app quickly without waiting for a text message. It's personal to you and should never be shared.

Creating Your PIN

You'll create your PIN during first-time setup after verifying your phone number. Choose something memorable but not obvious (avoid 1234, 0000, or your birth year).

Logging In with PIN

  1. Open the app
  2. Tap "Login with PIN"
  3. Enter your 4-digit PIN
  4. You're in!

Changing Your PIN

  1. Tap the menu icon (☰)
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Tap Change PIN
  4. Enter your current PIN
  5. Enter and confirm your new PIN

Forgot Your PIN?

No problem! You can reset it:

  1. On the login screen, tap "Forgot PIN?"
  2. Verify your phone number via SMS code
  3. Create a new PIN

🔒 Security Tips

  • Never share your PIN with others
  • Avoid using obvious numbers (1234, 1111, birth years)
  • If you think someone knows your PIN, change it immediately

Multiple Devices

Your PIN works on any device where you install the app. Just verify your phone number first, then use your existing PIN.
