Manual Check-in

1. When a student boards, tap their name from the list
2. Select "Board"
3. Student status changes to "On Bus"
4. Parent receives boarding notification

Manual Check-out

1. At the student's stop, tap their name
2. Select "Exit"
3. Confirm the student has safely exited
4. Parent receives drop-off notification

BLE Beacon Scanning (If Equipped)

If your bus has BLE beacon scanning:

• Students with safety tags are detected automatically
• App alerts when a tagged student boards or exits
• Visual indicator shows which students are detected nearby

End of Route Check

Before ending your route:

1. Walk through the bus for physical check
2. Confirm all students have exited in the app
3. Tap "End Route"
4. Submit end-of-route report
