Missed Visit Handling

What to do when a visit can't be completed as scheduled.

Reporting a Missed Visit

  1. Go to the scheduled visit
  2. Tap "Report Issue"
  3. Select the reason:
    • Client not home
    • Client refused service
    • Client hospitalized
    • Weather/Safety issue
    • Other (specify)
  4. Add any notes
  5. Submit the report

What Happens Next

  • Your supervisor is notified
  • Visit may be rescheduled
  • Documentation is maintained for compliance
