Available Reports
- Census Report: Current resident count and details
- Incident Summary: Incidents by type, date, resident
- Medication Log: Administration records
- Staff Hours: Work hours and assignments
- Compliance Status: Outstanding requirements
Running a Report
- Go to Reports
- Select report type
- Set date range
- Choose filters (resident, staff, etc.)
- Click "Generate"
- View on screen or export to PDF/Excel
Scheduled Reports
Set up automatic reports:
- Go to Reports > "Scheduled"
- Click "Add Schedule"
- Select report type
- Set frequency (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Enter email recipients
- Save schedule
