Yes, if you've provided photo consent. Teachers can share photos through the app, and you'll see them in your child's photo gallery. You can adjust your photo consent preferences by contacting the daycare.
Yes, but they must be on the authorized pickup list. Parents can add authorized pickup persons through the Parent App or by contacting the daycare. Staff will verify the person's identity before releasing the child.
When you enroll another child at the daycare, the administrator will link them to your account. They'll automatically appear in your Parent App. Contact the daycare if you've enrolled a new child and don't see them in the app.
Notifications are sent automatically through the Parent App. Make sure notifications are enabled in your phone settings for the SafePass app. You'll receive instant alerts for check-ins, check-outs, and any messages from the daycare.
You can report an absence through the Parent App by going to your child's profile and tapping "Report Absence." Select the date(s) and reason. You can also call or message the daycare directly.
To reset your password:
- Go to the login page
- Click "Forgot Password"
- Enter your email address
- Check your email for the reset link
- Click the link and create a new password
Contact your daycare administrator to update information like allergies, emergency contacts, or authorized pickups. Some basic information can be updated directly in the Parent App under your child's profile.
Parents download the SafePass Parent App from the App Store or Google Play. After verifying their phone number, their unique QR code appears on the home screen. They simply show this code to the kiosk camera during drop-off.
Yes, SafePass uses bank-level encryption to protect all data. Information is only accessible to authorized daycare staff and parents. We never share data with third parties.
The system records all pickup times for attendance tracking. Late pickups may be subject to your daycare's late fee policy. If you're running late, use the Parent App to message the daycare so they know to expect you.
Staff can check in children using the 4-digit child code or by searching for the child's name. The child's code is provided when they enroll and can be found in the parent app or by asking staff.
