Download the App
The SafePass Parent App is available for both iOS and Android:
- iPhone/iPad: Download from the App Store
- Android: Download from Google Play
First-Time Setup
- Open the app and tap "Get Started"
- Enter your phone number — use the same number registered with your daycare
- Enter your child's first name for verification
- Check your text messages for a 6-digit verification code
- Enter the code to verify your phone
- Create a 4-digit PIN for quick future logins
💡 Tip
Your phone number must match what's on file at your daycare. If you're having trouble, contact your daycare administrator to verify your information.
Logging In
After initial setup, you have two ways to log in:
- Quick PIN Login: Enter your 4-digit PIN for instant access
- Phone Verification: Request a new code if you forget your PIN
What You'll See
Once logged in, you'll see your Children Dashboard with:
- All your enrolled children with photos
- Current check-in/check-out status for each child
- Quick access to your daycare's contact information
Need Help?
If you encounter any issues during setup:
- Make sure you're using the phone number registered with your daycare
- Check that your phone can receive SMS text messages
- Contact your daycare administrator for assistance
