Accessing Consent Settings

1. Open the app and tap on your child's card
2. Tap the Settings or gear icon
3. Select Photo Consent

Consent Options Explained

🔵 Parent Only

Photos of your child are shared only with authorized family members who have the parent app. No one else can see them.

Best for: Maximum privacy while still receiving photos

🟢 Classroom Sharing

Photos may be shared with other parents in your child's classroom. This allows you to see group activity photos where your child appears with classmates.

Best for: Parents who want to see classroom community photos

⚫ No Photos

Opt out of photo sharing entirely. Teachers will not photograph your child during activities.

Best for: Complete photo privacy

Changing Your Consent

1. Select your preferred consent level
2. Sign your name in the signature box
3. Tap Save Changes

Consent History

You can see when consent was last updated and who approved the change. This creates an audit trail for your records.

Multiple Children

Consent settings are per child. If you have multiple children enrolled, you'll need to set preferences for each one individually.
