Each child's profile contains important information about their enrollment, classroom, and any special needs.
Viewing a Child's Profile
- From the dashboard, tap on your child's card
- Their full profile opens with all details
Profile Information
Basic Info
- Full Name: Your child's first and last name
- Age: Calculated from their birth date
- Profile Photo: Their enrollment photo
Enrollment Details
- Classroom: Which room/group they're assigned to
- Last Visit: When they were last at daycare
⚠️ Allergy Alerts
If your child has allergies on file, they appear prominently with a red alert badge. This ensures you always have quick access to this critical information.
Today's Status
- Check-in Time: When they arrived today
- Check-out Time: When they were picked up (if applicable)
- Current Status: "Checked In" or "Checked Out"
Multiple Children
If you have more than one child enrolled, each appears as a separate card on your dashboard. Tap any card to view that child's profile.
Updating Information
Profile information (name, allergies, emergency contacts) is managed by your daycare. To update any details:
- Contact your daycare administrator
- Provide the updated information
- Changes will reflect in the app after they're updated
👨👩👧 Adding Family Members
Other authorized family members can install the app and register with their own phone number. Contact your daycare to add additional authorized guardians.
