Reporting a Missed Visit
- Go to the scheduled visit
- Tap "Report Issue"
- Select the reason:
- Client not home
- Client refused service
- Client hospitalized
- Weather/Safety issue
- Other (specify)
- Add any notes
- Submit the report
What Happens Next
- Your supervisor is notified
- Visit may be rescheduled
- Documentation is maintained for compliance
