When to Report
File an incident report for:
- Falls or injuries
- Medical emergencies
- Behavioral incidents
- Property damage
- Missing resident
- Medication errors
Creating an Incident Report
- Go to Incidents > "New Report"
- Select incident type
- Enter date, time, location
- Describe what happened (factual, objective)
- List witnesses
- Document immediate actions taken
- Note follow-up required
- Submit report
After Submission
- Supervisor is notified automatically
- Report enters review workflow
- Required notifications are triggered
- Follow-up tasks are assigned
